500 GALLON HIGH PRESSURE PUMP TRAILER MOUNTED PTO DRIVEN
Standard Features
- 500 gallon tank is round unpainted 304 14-gauge stainless steel with mechanical agitation, vented 1/8 turn poly hinged lid and plastic basket filler strainer on 32” model and stainless wash basket on 36” models
- Fan options include:
- 32” twelve blade variable pitch with inside air handling, stainless steel fan shroud, stainless steel manifolds and two speed with neutral gearbox
Note: requires tractor horsepower from 30-60 hp - 36” sixteen blade variable pitch with straightening vanes, stainless steel fan housing, stainless steel manifolds and two speed with neutral gearbox
Note: requires tractor horsepower from 40-75 hp - 36” Super-eight blade variable pitch with straightening vanes, stainless steel fan housing, stainless steel manifolds and single speed gearbox
Note: requires tractor horsepower from 70-100 hp

- Nozzle options below come with individual on/off valve and check valve on each one
- 32” fan – 14 double rollover ceramic nozzles w/diaphragm check valves
- 36” fan – 20 double rollover ceramic nozzles w/diaphragm check valves
- Constant velocity PTO power
- Remote manual left and right spray control valve plus remote bypass valve (electric or hydraulic options available)
- Suction strainer features:
- PAS908/PAS144-mounted under hood, cylindrical filter and built in check valve
- John Bean 130VS-externally mounted, star strainer in cast iron housing with built in check valve
- Two speed gearbox with neutral variable for 30-60 hp tractors
- Hitch is straight or tracking (see table below)
- Axle is 4-way adjustable height wise with adjustable widths as well
- Heavy duty screw type jack stand
- Tank level sight gauge is mounted to front of tank
- One step per side
- Pressure gauge (0-1000 psi or 0-69 bar) is mounted to front of tank
